The Zinfandel Grille - Folsom was founded by Sacramento restauranteur Randy Paragary. In 1980 the restaurant was purchased by Paragary manager, John Hankard, who renamed it the Zinfandel Grille. Located in Historic Folsom, the restaurant and its sister location in Gold River (which also originally was Paragary's) is now owned and operated by Z-Grille, Inc.

Folsom is a unique and very comfortable restaurant which has long been a favorite for the local patron who desires a casual, but slightly upscale and moderately priced lunch or dinner. On a nice day, casual dining on the patio is a real delight. The food is contemporary Californian with a hint of Mediterranean influence and is always freshly prepared. Menus are revised three times a year to take advantage of seasonal offerings. The food is excellent, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the host and servers enjoy seeing old friends and meeting new patrons alike.
